Welcome

A Wild Turkey hen searches for food in a midwestern cornfield after a January snowstorm.Wild turkeys can have a hard time finding food in the Winter.

Hunters can have a hard time finding turkeys in the Spring.

Turkey hunters now have an easier time to find the turkey hunting information, gear, and supplies they need at TurkeyPro.com! Our site is being optimized to serve the needs of beginner or novice turkey hunters, as well as hunters introducing their families to the sport.

Individual turkey hunting products listed on our site are sold by a number of reputable online vendors with whom TurkeyPro.com has established affiliate relationships. As such, clicking on a product will open up an external window that will bring you to the appropriate external site. (The TurkeyPro.com site will remain open in the original window.)

TurkeyPro.com is in the process of affiliating with additional leading online outdoors retailers that will provide effective comparision shopping for the turkey hunting gear and supplies that you need.

Do you plan bag a gobbler this Spring? Be prepared - Check out our "do it yourself" taxidermy kits for mounting your trophy turkey fans and beards. It's relatively easy - and much more economical than sending out your bird for a full-body taxidermy mount. (Of course, sending your wild turkey to a local taxidermist is also highly recommended!)

The product lines of Skip Enterprises from Arena, Wisconsin includes their "Photo Fan" - which is not only a versatile turkey fan display tool useful for "do-it-yourself" taxidermy, but is also especially great for getting the proper look in field photos. Ground Blinds: Tent-Style ground blinds are obvious choices for hunting in bad weather, and really handy for taking kids turkey hunting!

Pros: Allows you to stay in the field longer during wet weather, and hides most movements inside the blind.

Cons: Weight and bulk can limit your mobility, and being inside the blind can feel confining when the weather is nice outside. View Blinds

What's new this month...!

Spring 2015 turkey seasons will be starting soon in most Southern states, and then opening up quickly throughout the North. Of course, all hunters can still prepare for their Spring seasons by purchasing whatever gear and supplies they wished that they had already owned while hunting last season. Savvy turkey hunters should also find the time now to buy the needed supplies for "do it yourself" taxidermy projects with the tail feathers, beards, and spurs of their upcoming trophies. And there will still be some Fall turkey hunting opportunities later in the year...............
